Probably the most frequently used entrance to the four Sonnfeld Lodges is via the garage in the basement. All four chalets share the garage with a total of 12 parking spaces. Three underground car parking spaces are allocated to each lodge. The entrances to the individual chalets are located in the four corners of the garage. Inside each chalet a landing area provides access to the sports wardrobe and the private wellness areas. The sports wardrobe and a separate cellar room can also be accessed directly from the garage. The wellness areas are equipped with a saunas, one lodge offers additionally a steam bath, spacious showers, WCs and daybeds. The Sonnfeld Lodges feature between three and four bedrooms, each with separate bathrooms. One of the guest rooms is designed as a family suite with a parental bedroom and adjoining children's room. Surrounding terraces allow access to the outdoors from each of the rooms. On the upper floor of the house there is a spacious, open-plan living/dining area with adjoining kitchen under a spectacular old wood-clad exposed roof truss. The various areas are arranged around the central open fireplace. On the living room side, a lounge area adjoins the kitchen island, providing additional seating next to the living room. Terraces facing south-west and south-east extend the living and dining area to the exterior. At Prime Properties, we value the authenticity of the materials and the craftsmanship in their processing. For the Sonnfeld Lodges, we focussed on combining traditional with modern woodworking techniques. We found boutique manufacturers for the highest quality oak flooring. We decided to design and produce each kitchen, cabinet and bathroom furniture as custom-made pieces. We combine this wooden furniture with hand-carved natural stone, fine fabrics, handmade baskets and very selectively designer furniture.
