Property description

Inspired by the idea of creating the perfect living experience for mountain enthusiasts, we designed Chalet W as the ultimate base for all kinds of summer and winter sports in the mountains. The south-west facing property is located on a high plateau near the Pengelstein slopes. The chalet can be reached from the Kitzbühel-Hahnenkamm ski area via snow-covered meadows. The appearance and atmosphere are reminiscent of a mountain farm; the surrounding alpine pastures give the property an incomparable feeling of seclusion. The nearest neighbor is several hundred meters away. Due to its orientation, the property enjoys perfect sun exposure all day long - in summer as well as in winter. We have therefore planned spacious outdoor areas with an outdoor infinity pool, pool house, outdoor kitchen and numerous terraces for sunbathing. Chalet W is intended to be a home where you can experience the fantastic mountain world in complete privacy together with family and friends.
