Chalet Travertin, Reith bei Kitzbühel

Today we want to present one of our latest development projects Chalet Travertin, Reith bei Kitzbühel.

In March 2019, we were able to secure 3.266 sqm of neighboring land with magnificent views of the mountain ridge of Wilder Kaiser in Reith bei Kitzbühel. The development project included the refurbishment of an existing chalet and the new construction of two chalets on the remaining land that we could segregate into separate plots.

After an extensive process with a team of internal as well as external architects, we received a building permit for the two chalets in 2020. The construction work started in Q1/2021 and was completed end of 2021. The architecture, interior design, furnishing, and decoration by Philicima Design Studios took part in Q1/2022. Chalet Travertin is now presented to the market and receives excellent feedback from various sources as it is a truly unique and modern interpretation of a Tyrolean Chalet.

Chalet Travertin is a modern hideaway in a spectacular location opposite the Wilder Kaiser to the northwest and the Astberg to the West. The alpine living concept with its unique combination of traditional materials and contemporary design sets new regional standards in holistic design. The chalet exposed concrete blends in well with nature.
