- Five of our six units in this home development project are positioned among the top 10 transactions in Kirchberg concerning absolute sales prices, including the highest and second-highest price ever achieved for an apartment/penthouse in this market.

- Sonnberg Suites' average price per sqm living space more than doubled the average price per sqm in the luxury segment (defined as property sales with prices above 2 million EUR) and surpassed the average price per sqm of the top 10 transactions (excl. Sonnberg Suites’ sales) by 59%.
Price per sqm - Living space - Kirchberg
- To highlight the project’s success, three out of six units were sold before the full completion of the premises. In addition, the two penthouses were sold before completion, and both apartments reached record prices – in absolute value as well as in price per sqm. The remaining units were sold within three months after completion.
